The moment I bought my stuff from DYE, they sent me an email saying it was shipped with a tracking number, and it would take up to 7-21 days excluding weekends. However, I didn't mind the wait but after waiting for a month, I've emailed them why my items do NOT have a tracking history and why it was still saying pre-shipment. So I got worried and emailed them. Then they had emailed me back saying they have "little control on how the courier will deliver your parcel." Like okay? If you have no control in delivery and making sure items get to your customers with a tracking history, why even bother to sell gym clothes? Everybody is gonna want to see their items being shipped and where it's at right? Anyway, during that month of waiting, I've asked for my refund but they tried to convince me to wait a little longer, gave me my usps tracking number, and told me to constantly check on my local usps but that doesn't have tracking history still. It's almost a month and a half and my local usps just says "pre-shipment" STILL. I don't know whether if there's a lag, maybe they're just bad at business, or this COVID thing going on around but come on DYE don't take my money away. I've bought stuff from out of the country as well and still got my items within 2 weeks during this time. As well as it goes for my experience, I've read that some people had the same troubles with DYE. I will not be buying from them again and I do not recommend, unless you guys wanna wait for more than a month to get your items.
I waited for the black leggings with the white speckles fo come back in stock and ordered them as soon as i got the notification they were restocked. I got them and was so disappointed. They are so see though and unacceptable to wear in public. To return them is going to cost me 40$ in shipping. Will never be buying from this brand again and I encourage others not to.

Great service. The only think that bothered me was paying import fees. Keep that in mind if you're from Canada.

I love the fabric but am sad about the yellow hoodie I followed the instructions of washing it but even though there was color fading in it so really I was so sad about it that it was ruined
Had a mixup where I ordered a shirt too small, got onto customer care on the live chat and they helped me swap it with another shirt in the right size in no time at all. Everything arrived super quick and both my shirt and shorts fit perfectly. 10/10 clothing and customer support. I’ll be ordering again in the near future ????????
The material isn't the most amazing quality, it was disappointing
I had ordered a pair of leggings - but I never received a confirmation email. So I messaged Doyoueven on FB Messenger, and I love that they responded fast. They mentioned they had resent the confirmation email (twice) and I still never received it - however, I am receiving this email from you guys? I also had to pay border fees - which this company is the only company I’ve ever had to pay border fees for.
Very quick delivery but somewhat inconsistent sizing. 2 of the 3 leggings didn't fit despite all being the same size. The one that did fit however I was very happy with - appeared exactly as per photo.

This was during my black friday sales and I realised on my very last order that I could've applied my student beans code. I wrote in via the live chat and Jess helped me with processing a 10% refund for ALL my orders as well as my friends' (with the apt student proof of course). I am so thankful for her help and she did it so quickly I absolutely had to leave a good feedback here for her.
I'll definitely be returning back to DYE if service is always this good! Thank you so much
